2017-2018 Bethany Lindquist, RN BSN LNCC

Bethany's nursing background includes Intensive Care, Emergency Room, Recovery Room, Cardiovascular Nursing, Trauma, Neurology and Home Health Nursing. She has also been an LPN Clinical instructor.

She has worked as a nurse reviewer for case screenings, medical malpractice and personal injury. Bethany has served in a supervisory capacity for a mass tort product liability projects. She has also provided expert witness for critical care, medical/surgical and home health cases. Bethany is a member of the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bethel College in St Paul, MN in May 1991. Her exceptional organizational skills and leadership ability are invaluable assets. She is Legal Nurse Consultant Certified (LNCC) by the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants. She's currently serving as Treasurer of the Phoenix Chapter of AALNC.

2015-2016 Noreen Pogue, RN

Noreen's background is in oromaxillofacial and aesthetics surgery, practice management and compliance. She's been an integral part of her husband's practice, The Pogue Center, in Scottsdale. She joined AALNC early in 2014 and soon was elected Treasurer. She's currently working at Sanders and Parks.


Chief Operating Officer of R&G Medical Legal Solutions, LLC

Ms. Beasley joined R&G in November, 2003 as a legal nurse consultant for a large mass tort project.  In April 2005, she was promoted to Director of Human Resources.  Ms. Beasley was appointed Chief Operating Officer of R&G in September 2011 and continues to serve in this position.  As COO of R&G, she is responsible for managing the day to day operations by providing leadership that mirrors the core values of R&G.

She graduated from the Husson College Eastern Maine Medical Center School of Nursing in 1990. Immediately upon graduation, she accepted a direct commission as an officer in the United States Air Force Nurse Corps where she proudly served her country both at home and abroad for eight years.

While in the Air Force, Ms. Beasley was selected along with 50 other officers to attend the 1996 Air Force Internship Program at the Pentagon in Washington DC.   During her internship, she completed a six month rotation with the Office of the Air Force Surgeon General and followed by a six month internship in the Office of Equal Opportunity.   Her nursing background includes Emergency Room, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Medical/Surgical and Flight Nursing.

Ms. Beasley completed her Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Management in 1996 at Troy State University and then went on to receive a Certificate in Organizational Management at The George Washington University in Washington DC.

Ms. Beasley worked within the Maricopa Community College Systems in Arizona as a part time Nursing Instructor after receiving an honorable discharge from the United States Air Force.  She is currently an instructor in both the RN/BSN & MSN program for Grand Canyon University as an adjunct faculty member.  As a volunteer, she has served on the Arizona Foster Care Review Board.

She has been a member of the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants (AALNC) for over 10 years.  Ms. Beasley has participated in presentations for AALNC at national conferences and the local Phoenix Chapter of AALNC.  She is very active nationally providing online presentations for LNCC review courses in 2012 and 2013.  She became a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant (LNCC) in 2005, renewing her certification in 2010.  Ms. Beasley is also an active member of the Phoenix Chapter of AALNC and is the 2013 - 2014 Treasurer.
